Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the strategic/Account department on understanding client briefs;
  2. Understand main and upcoming lifestyle trends;
  3. Create ideas that don’t work in isolation but on all levels of communication with the bigger creative team;
  4. These ideas need to build and apply to the insight knowledge you have on consumer;
  5. Understand the brand, the challenges worldwide and specifically in china;

Person Specification:

  1. Strong track record of working on well-known consumer brands, especially on FMCG;
  2. Good understanding of branding, consumer behavior, competitor campaign;
  3. More than 10 years working experience, and at least 5 years management experience in 4A agency;
  4. Excellent presentation skill is must;
  5. Strong experience in building and leading a creative team, able to inspire team members to achieve great works, and also establish system and workflow;
  6. Support the senior management team in the strategic/creative management process;
  7. Coordination with the creative service department during realization and implementation;
